Fees:
YMCA Members:
$35 for 6 classes to be taken during the 6 week session- attend any six classes.
$60 for 12 classes to be taken duing the 6 week session- attend any twelve
classes. (can be used by 2 people in a family)
Non-Members:
$50 for 6 classes to be taken during the 6 week session- attend any six classes.
$85 for 12 classes to be taken duing the 6 week session- attend any twelve
classes. (can be used by 2 people in a family)
Annual YMCA Membership: $15 individual, $30 family

The North Country YMCA is offering Hatha-based yoga classes that consist of breathing exercises to calm the mind, yoga postures to strengthen and stretch the body, and relaxation techniques to ease tension and stress. The yoga classes are appropriate for anyone and are individualized to accommodate all physical needs. Joy Whalen Fichiera has been teaching yoga for 7 years in corporations, YMCAs, school districts and yoga studios. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) and is certified in Pregnancy Yoga and as a YogaEd Teacher Trainer.
