S.A.F.E After School Program: in Woodsville and Littleton, NH, and Bradford, VT

Adult Fitness: Aims to improve flexibility, muscle strength, endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness. Low impact, Aerobic, Interval, Aqua, Yoga, Fit Moms and Strength/Tone classes are offered.

Interval Fitness Class in Woodsville

Y's Way to Strengthening for Active Older Adults: Incorporates the Strong Living principles using weights, resistance bands amd strength training activities necessary for preventing bone loss.

Over 300 boys and girls participate in this annual event which includes dashes, relays, high jump, long jump and shot put. Trophies and participation certificates are awarded. Open to any boy or girl who meets the requirements of their school.
